Stugeron 15 is used to prevent and treat travel sickness, helping with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and dizziness when travelling by car, plane, boat, or train. It can also help people with balance problems, such as dizziness from conditions like Ménière’s disease.
Stugeron travel sickness tablets contain cinnarizine, an antihistamine that works by blocking certain natural substances (histamines) in your body, which can cause nausea and vomiting. By targeting the underlying causes of motion sickness, Stugeron helps you enjoy your travel plans without discomfort.
Stugeron is suitable for adults and children aged 5 and older. At Click2Pharmacy, we only sell this product for adult use.
It is not recommended for:
Before taking Stugeron, speak with your doctor or pharmacist if you have Parkinson’s Disease, porphyria (a hereditary blood disorder), liver or kidney problems, or if you are taking other medications, such as tranquillisers, tricyclic antidepressants, or hypnotics.
Adults should take two tablets 2 hours before travelling and one tablet every 8 hours during the journey. For best results, take the tablets after meals.
The tablets can be sucked, chewed, or swallowed whole with water. Taking Stugeron 15 with alcohol may cause drowsiness, so it is recommended to avoid alcohol.

If you experience severe side effects, such as rash, wheezing, breathlessness, or swelling, stop using Stugeron and call NHS 111 or go to A&E immediately. For a complete list of side effects, please read the Stugeron Patient Information Leaflet.
If you notice any side effects, inform your doctor or pharmacist, even if they are not listed here. You can also report side effects directly through the Yellow Card Scheme. Reporting helps to improve the understanding of this medication’s safety.
