Enterosgel is an intestinal absorbent (also known as an enterosorbent) and is used to treat diarrhoea and to relieve symptoms of indigestion. It works by binding toxins, viruses, allergens, pathogens and other harmful substances in the gastrointestinal tract before removing them from the body. This product does not remove water or vitamins and is completely flushed from the body within 12-24 hours.
Diarrhoea occurs when you pass looser or more frequent stools than normal. It is a common problem that affects most people from time to time and can be unpleasant until it passes, which can take a few days to a week.

Enterosgel is an oral intestinal absorbent that is made from organic materials and water that can be used by both adults and children. It helps by removing toxins and harmful substances from the body by binding them to allow the body to excrete them. It helps to stop diarrhoea or shorten the duration of diarrhoea and can help prevent toxic and allergic reactions, as well as relieve symptoms of indigestion.
Dilute the recommended dose in 100ml of water and drink 1-2 hours before or after a meal or taking medications.
Children 1-6 years old: 1 teaspoon or 1/3 of a sachet diluted in 50-100ml of water 3 times a day
For children 7-14 years old: old 2 teaspoons or 2/3 of a sachet diluted in 50-100ml of water 3 times a day
For children 15+ and adults: 1 – 1.5 teaspoons or 1 – 1.5 sachet diluted in 200ml of water 3 times a day

It is important to take plenty of fluids during the treatment of diarrhoea. During treatment of chronic IBS diarrhoea, stop taking Enterosgel if you do not have a bowel movement for 1-2 days. Increase water intake and continue the treatment after the next bowel movement.
Do NOT use this product if you are currently taking modified-release orally administered medications or if you have intestinal atony (severe constipation due to bowel obstruction) or intestinal blockage.
Enterosgel is a drug-free treatment with a brilliant safety history over 30 years, and there are no reported systemic side effects from taking this product. Very rare possible side effects are constipation or nausea.
