How to use Colgate Duraphat 2800 Toothpaste

You should check with your dentist or pharmacist if you are not sure. Brush carefully, on a daily basis, three times daily, following each meal:

• Brush your teeth carefully up to three times per day (ideally following each meal).
• Apply a 2cm ribbon of toothpaste onto the toothbrush for each brushing. This provides between 3mg and 5mg of fluoride.
• Brush your teeth vertically, from the gum to the tip of the teeth.
• Take time to brush each tooth individually.
• It should take approximately three minutes to brush your teeth.
• Spit out excess toothpaste. Do not swallow.
